Please read the timetable carefully before using Our Service.

Warning:

We will delete all photos from our hard disks between 7-11 weeks from the date of your photoshoot. Clients are responsible for downloading the photos to their computer as photos may not be recovered after being deleted.

Optional:
There is a service fee of $75-200 for photo recovery, subject to availability.

Express Service:

Top up $50, and our photographer will choose 10 best photos and email you within 5 days.

These 10 photos are extra.

You can also choose according to the package afterward.

If you did not receive the 10 photos from the 3rd day after you paid, please remind us on WhatsApp and Email until you receive them.

Procedure After Photoshoot:

Please email all 1-4 at the same time, and all in the same one email thread.

* Please DO NOT use 2 email addresses as it will delay.

1. Subject title needs to include photoshoot date + no. of pax for shooting

2. All photos taken from our camera (the photos of our camera screen)

3. Screenshot(s) of your package details (please refer to this to select the number of photos)

4. Screenshot(s) of all payments for our accounting purposes

If you only have 1-3, and is unsure on how much to pay, please send 1-3 to WhatsApp first and we will advise.

How to Download / Choose Selected Photos?

VERY IMPORTANT! ⚠️ Please follow this procedure to process faster.

* Please DO download all preview photos to your computer IMMEDIATELY! (within 3 days that we sent you)

Click the button "download" to save on PC, it's just one click! (VERY IMPORTANT)

1. Select the photos you want to choose and send them to us as an attachment via email. (DO NOT send screenshots, file names, or numbers)

2. Please zip the photos then send us via email. (If don't know how to, please ask us via Facebook or WhatsApp, we will help you)

3. Please DO NOT change the photo's names. Please check the name before zipping. Otherwise, you need to re-select.

4. Please DO NOT use a phone. The systems of phones will downgrade the resolution of photos and change the file name of the photo, so you have to use a computer to process them.

5. Please DO NOT send the file name of the photo / DO NOT send a screenshot / DO NOT rename the photo otherwise there will be mistakes leading to delay.

6. Please WhatsApp us if you need help.

How to Send Selected Photos?

Sending photos is strictly by email.

There are only 3 ways (A/B/C) to send us your selected photos.

A: Zip

To zip a folder:

1. Locate the folder that you want to zip.

2. Right-click the folder, select “Send to”, and then select “Compressed (zipped) folder”. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.

3. Done!

B: Download software If you don’t have zip or don't know how to zip, then download Winzip, 7zp. and try again.

C: Share link You can upload the selected photos to Google Drive / Dropbox / OneDrive then share the 1 (ONE) folder link with us.
